Reiki Master Teacher – Julia Meads

Reiki is a way of being and not just a course. It is taken in four levels and is an emotional and person learning as well as spiritual growth. Certificates are issued after attendance of mentor days / share groups plus evidence of self-healing and healing on others. As your Reiki Master I will communicate and over see this with you. My reiki courses are aimed at those people who also wish to give healing to their animals, this will be included as part of the teaching.   

What is Reiki? 

Reiki is an Ancient Tibetan Healing Technique, which was re-discovered in the early 1900’ by Dr Usui, a Japanese scholar.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'Universal Life Force Energy'. An Energy that is all around us.

Reiki One -Self Healing - 2 days  - Hands on healing

Reiki One is primarily about self-healing. 

You will be attuned to Reiki.

Reiki activates and facilitates the healing process within yourself as well as opening you as a channel for the Reiki healing energy. 

You will learn to give yourself healing and the techniques for treating others i.e. friends and family, and also plants and animals. 

You will also learn about the History of Reiki.

An Introduction to meditation/personal development.

Healing for your pets/ animals.

You will receive ongoing support after your training. 
Some practical homework is required before you receive your certificate. 
There are regular Reiki Share evenings and workshop days where you can come and practice, ask questions and receive Reiki.
